What information do we collect about you and why?
We collect information while you use our website and when you get in touch, sign up to our email newsletter or when you complete the registration form. The personal information we collect from you while using the website includes your IP address and information about what pages are accessed and when. Website usage information is collected using cookies (see below). If you subscribe to our email newsletters, your information will be stored in the Campaign Monitor newsletter system.
We ask for information about you to enable us to provide a service to you and we collect these data by telephone, electronic communication or written correspondence. We may ask you for information such as your name, private/business address, contact telephone numbers and email address. We may also ask for information that relates to the service we are to provide to you, or services we already provide or what other services you would like us to provide in the future and for other information.
We have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard the information we collect. Any personal information is kept private and securely stored until a time it is no longer needed, or until you request that we remove it from our records.
How will we use the information about you?
We will not share your personal information for any marketing or other purpose without your consent, unless we are required to do so by law or by reason of change of company ownership.
We do collect general information about visitors to our website for all-purpose reporting and to improve our future customer service.
You can unsubscribe from our mailing list or update your preferences at any time by using the links in the footer of any mailshot that you receive from us and also on your Betts Estates Resident login page.
If you fill out a contact form on our website, we will use the details to contact you by email or telephone in relation to your enquiry.
Access to your information
You have the right to access any data that relates to you, to delete it, and to object to its use for marketing. You can also check, correct and update your information (for instance, if you change address or email address). To do this, please contact us on 01886 888445. If you are unhappy with how we have collected or used your data, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

When you register on the website for access to your estate development’s information, your email address is stored on our secure website and your password is encrypted.
